Are you looking for a super easy chocolate dessert recipe that is rich and satisfying? I think you will love these 10-minute mocha pots de creme from one of my favorite baking books – The Weekend Baker: Irresistible Recipes, Simple Techniques, and Stress-Free Strategies for Busy People
by Abigail Johnson Dodge.
As Abby explains in the book, Pot de creme is just the fancy French name for chocolate pudding. This recipe is particularly simple – you just whip the ingredients together in a blender. It really is a 10 minute easy chocolate dessert recipe with just 6 ingredients.

I’ve gathered some of my favorite easy healthy cottage cheese recipes here all in one place.
I have been a cottage cheese fan since the 1970s. You might think of it as “diet food” but it is so much more. In addition to being nutritious, with about 15 grams of protein in a half cup serving, it can be enjoyed in so many ways – on its own, with fruit or salad, on toast.

One of the tastiest and easiest ways to prepare vegetables is to grill them. The easiest way to grill vegetables is on a Propane or Gas Grill
or in a Griddle
on the stove. You can also wrap them in foil packets placed on the grill. In addition to being quick and easy, grilling really brings out the natural flavor of vegetables. Grilled vegetables are great hot off the grill, at room temperature, or chilled.
You can serve grilled vegetables with almost anything – meatloaf, chicken, fish, burgers or steak. Or they can be a meal all their own when served with a healthy grain like quinoa, brown rice, or polenta.
